Mixing rice → micro-fermentation soaking rice → washing and filtering water → filtering and soaking → rice conveying → rice crushing → mixing flour → storage and distribution → maturation and extrusion → cut off fixed strip → check weighing → conveying → automatic boxing → aging → Drying → flat temperature and moisturizing → finished product.
Each production line is 6480 pieces/hour, 100-120g/piece, and the production capacity is 650-770kg/h. 10 hours per shift, 9 hours for silk production, 9 employees per shift, 13.6T lump dry rice noodles for two shifts
